What can we review?

We focus on closed or negative account information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise disputable. Whether an item can be corrected or removed depends on the facts and applicable law.

↗Foreclosures
↗Collections
↗Charge-Offs
↗Student Loans
↗Judgments
↗Medical Bills
↗Late Payments
↗Repossessions
↗Public Records

↗Hard Inquiries

Listing an item does not mean it is eligible for removal. Accurate, current information generally cannot be removed just because it is negative.

Need to know

Frequently asked questions.

Here are a few things to know before getting started.

Do I need a consultation?

No. Consultations are optional. After purchase, you should receive onboarding instructions by email, and routine communication may take place by email or client portal. If you would prefer a consultation, contact us to request the booking link.

How long does it take to see results?

Timelines vary based on the contents of your reports, the nature of any disputes, and how the credit reporting agencies and data furnishers respond. A dispute may take 30 days or longer. No specific result or score increase can be promised.

What items can you remove?

We review closed or negative account information and may help challenge information that has a legitimate basis for dispute. Accurate and verifiable information generally cannot be removed solely because it negatively affects your credit.

How can I improve my score?

Credit improvement depends on your full credit profile. Alongside reviewing potentially inaccurate items, you may benefit from paying bills on time, managing balances, avoiding unnecessary applications, and monitoring your reports. No particular score outcome is guaranteed.

Where can I see my credit reports? Is there a charge?

SmartCredit is the report service identified for this process and is separate from Recovery Capital X. A paid subscription is required. The materials provided to us reference both $34.99/month and an approximately $53 affiliate offer, so please verify the current price and terms on the official enrollment page before signing up. Keep your subscription current if it is required for your service.

How long does the full process take?

The stated process typically includes six rounds, often spaced about 30–45 days apart. The overall timeline can therefore span several months, but it varies. Credit reporting agencies generally have legal deadlines to investigate disputes; actual results and timing depend on the circumstances.

When does work begin?

Work begins after the required subscription is active, onboarding is complete, and the necessary information has been received. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for onboarding instructions. If you have not received them within 30 minutes of purchase, email support@raesrecoveryco.com to ask for assistance.

Is a credit result guaranteed? Are refunds available?

No credit repair company can guarantee that accurate information will be removed or that your score will increase. Refund and cancellation terms should be provided clearly in your service agreement before purchase. Please review those terms before paying.
